Will my Franchise territory be protected and clearly defined?
The Franchise Agreement will clearly define your territory within radius of your location(s). There will be no other Just Lubes Franchise or Company owned store in your territory.

Can I open additional Just Lubes store under the terms of this Franchise?
Yes. If you would like to open additional stores to meet the demand in your market, a development schedule can be prepared to guide you toward a multiple showroom operation.

May I renew the Franchise Agreement?
The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is ten years. It is also renewable for an additional ten-year term.

How much money can I make?
As we move further along in the selection process, Just Lubes will provide you with a Franchisee overview, which indicates actual earnings of some existing stores.

Does Just Lubes provide financing?
No, Franchisee candidates shall secure(if requiredfinancing from a third party source.

What are the monthly Franchise Fees?
A monthly royalty fee is paid to Just Lubes of five (5)% of gross sales + all operators are expected to spend 3% of gross sales on advertising.

FRANCHISE APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS
You must have the financial capability to open and operate a Just Lubes Franchise. The cost to develop and set up a Just Lubes Oil Change Centre is approximately $325,000 to $700,000 (not including land & building) depending on the model + leasehold improvements. A net worth of $250,000 to $500,000 (not including personal effects and automobiles) is required, of which approximately $200,000 to $350,000 must be in cash or liquid assets. Opportunities to purchase existing locations may come up from time to time. Those prices and terms of sale are subject to negotiation. You must be in good health in order to meet the physical demands of the business. We franchise only to individuals who will be hands-on operators or franchise partners with at least one operating partner, not to corporations or passive investors. You must also be prepared to devote your full time towards the success of the franchise.

JUST LUBES ADVANTAGE
Just Lubes offers a “turnkey operation”, planning, design, construction, training, pre-opening assistance, on going support and guidance, purchasing, advertising and promotion. You will automatically become part of the centrally controlled Just Lube supply system for oil, filters, lubricants and other supplies. An extensive in Store training program is provided at an existing location and a trained Just Lubes representative will spend a minimum of one week with you at your store to assist in the set up and opening operations.
